I had an unpleasant experience at the Bupet Shell Gas Station in Bursa/Osmangazi where the staff exhibited rude and disrespectful behavior. They were unhelpful, displayed odd behavior, and responded with hostility when asked questions. One middle-aged, short, overweight staff member distributing car wash tokens was particularly disrespectful, speaking loudly and harshly as if scolding us. His actions were rude and agitated, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. We raised our concerns, but they ignored us, leaving us regretful for choosing this station. This isn't the first time such behavior occurred. It's disappointing to witness such disrespect from employees of an otherwise reputable establishment. Many others share similar complaints. We request urgent attention to address this serious issue.
