Disappointing Experience with Shell Turkey Customer Service

I'm sharing my recent disheartening encounter with Shell Turkey, which has left me frustrated and disappointed. I visited one of their stations and faced two distinct issues, both of which I promptly reported to their staff. However, their response was lackluster, failing to acknowledge the gravity of the situation. Despite my persistence in seeking a solution, their initial dismissive attitude persisted. They assured me that they would consult their respective department and get back to me, but unfortunately, they never did. This experience showcases a disregard for customer concerns and a lack of attention to resolving problems.
