Bosch WQG2410TTR Clothes Dryer Knocks, Vibrates Loudly - Seeking Replacement or Refund!

I need to share that I bought a Bosch WQG2410TTR clothes dryer on May 7, 2023. At first, we were really happy because all of our appliances are from Bosch, about a month ago, towards the end of the drying cycle, my machine started making this knocking sound. then I decided to record a video. After that, I gave the service a call. They had to take the machine in for repairs. I let them know that the appliance was pretty new, only about 6 months old, and that I would rather have it replaced instead of repaired. But they gave me back the machine after fixing the drum wheel. I've been using it for about five days now and I noticed this new noise. It's like a metallic vibration sound, not like the usual noises from the machine or laundry, sounds like those old machines that are not working properly. I reached out to the service last night, and they set up an appointment for next Tuesday. I noticed another problem today - the machine's door seems to have shifted downwards a bit. It's making a noise whenever I try to close it. I noticed that the top mounting screw is a bit lower than it should be, and it looks like there are some plastic parts that didn't line up correctly when it was taken apart.  never been disappointed with their products before, but this time it's different, plus not looking for another repair. I'd prefer either a replacement or a refund that matches the current market value. I'm still making payments for my Bosch appliance, and I expect it to meet the standards I was promised.
