Now I will upload another video, and there you will hear the sound and see how the drum’s pulley tightens. Please pay attention to the creaking sound, like a squeak. They asked for videos repeatedly for the replacement, and I sent videos many times. Instead of sending an authorized service, they sent a technical expert, who came and, after inspection, stated that the drum would also be replaced in addition to the already replaced motor and shock absorbers. After he left, I did a little research and learned the following by reading consumer rights: 'If the product has not completed 2 years: 1-Repair 2-Refund with the same value 3-If the same product is not available, replacement with a higher model.' Despite this, the technical expert kept directing me towards repair, manipulating me in that direction. Based on the information I obtained from my research, I called him and asked why he did not inform me about these rights. He said, 'Yes, you have them.' When I said I wanted a replacement, I got the response, 'If deemed appropriate.' However, everyone should know that they are obliged to carry out the replacement you choose, which is your right, without it being subject to their approval. Let this be a lesson to everyone.
