For the past three years, my Bosch KDN76XWF0N refrigerator has had the same recurring issue: the lower compartment does not cool at all, while the upper section only partially cools. During this time, the Sivas Gürün Bosch service team has visited my home 6–7 times and even took the fridge to the service center twice.

Over the course of these visits, the technicians replaced the mainboard twice and changed some parts in the lower section twice. Yet, despite all these repairs, the refrigerator still fails to work properly. My product is still under warranty, but I have received no lasting solution.

I have repeatedly requested a product replacement, but Bosch customer service has never given me a clear yes or no. In one instance, the service did not even place a measurement device in the fridge, but the customer service representative insisted over the phone that such a test had been carried out, which led to a frustrating argument.

This approach is unacceptable. I have been kept waiting and misled for three years, with no resolution to my ongoing problem. At this point, I am demanding a full replacement of the refrigerator. If my request continues to be ignored, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue legal action if necessary.

There was a service visit to our home for the 9th time. They took the device they had put in the fridge. It’s been almost 2 days. What was the result, when will you get back to us, dear Bosch?

Customer service called and informed me that they would offer the option to exchange the product with an equivalent or allow us to purchase another product at the equivalent price. Thank you. My issue is considered resolved.

On October 1st at 16:00, my replacement Bosch KDN55NWE0N model refrigerator was delivered in Sivas Gürün by Horoz Logistics. However, during delivery, the logistics company employees dragged the product on the ground for about 200 meters and carried it by dropping it from a height of 40-50 cm. In addition, before carrying, the driver improperly asked for help from me and local residents. Although there were two people in the vehicle, the carrying process was done by only one person, and they left the product at my door and left. I have not yet opened or accepted the product. Due to the way it was transported, I do not know if there is any damage to the product. I request that the product be inspected, that it be urgently replaced if there are any issues, and that my grievance be compensated in good faith.
