Bosch Refrigerator Problem Not Fixed for Years

My Bosch refrigerator has been malfunctioning for about four years. During the warranty period, I called for service many times and nearly all of its parts were replaced, but the problem was never resolved—either the main compartment would freeze up or the refrigerator would not cool at all. Since the issue began, I have not received sufficient attention or solutions from customer service or authorized service. Apart from 7–8 recorded service requests, I often had to contact the local dealer directly because calls with customer service led nowhere. My warranty expired about 6–7 months ago, but throughout the warranty period I was constantly stalled without any permanent solution being offered. Most recently, I was told the refrigerator could not be repaired and needed to be replaced, but that I would have to pay for the replacement. I absolutely do not accept such a practice. Additionally, during the warranty period, I was charged for one part replacement and also paid to extend the warranty. I live in Muğla Fethiye, and my fault record numbers are 3124711 and 2850289. Throughout this process, the lack of care and solution-oriented service from customer support has caused me significant grievance. I demand that my issue be resolved permanently and free of charge and that my grievance be addressed.
