Bosch Fridge Warranty and Repair Issues

My Bosch KGN86AI42N refrigerator continues to have cooling issues, despite the fact that it is still under warranty. Despite the authorized service replacing multiple parts on multiple occasions, the problem has not been resolved. Because Bosch's response to my ongoing ordeal appears to be dragging things out, I'm left with nothing but disappointment. As a person whose entire home is furnished with Bosch appliances, this experience has been a source of disappointment and regret for me. It's disheartening when a company I used to trust provides service of such low quality. At this point, I am forced to consider filing a claim for my rights with the Consumer Court. I don't have any other options.

The service came again 3 days ago, and the gas was refilled and the filter was replaced. However, the refrigerator is still not cooling efficiently. We've had to use it this way for about 3 months during this hot summer season.
