I Face Cooling Failure and Unresolved Service Visits With Bosch Refrigerator

For the past six days, my Bosch refrigerator has been completely out of order and not cooling. During this time, I have had 3–4 different service visits at my address in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, but the problem is still not resolved.

The first team that arrived seemed young and inexperienced, and they simply said, “If it doesn’t work, we’ll come back again.” Later, I opened another service request, and this time a more senior technician came. He assured me that the issue was fixed and told me to “try it for two days.” But after two more days, the refrigerator was still not working. Even after a part replacement, the failure continued.

Throughout this process, I repeatedly contacted Bosch customer service, but every time the only response I received was “your refrigerator is being tested.” No clear or permanent solution has been provided, while all my food spoiled and my kitchen now smells due to the breakdown.

It is unacceptable that such a well-known brand cannot resolve a refrigerator failure within six days. Since the product is still under warranty, if the refrigerator cannot be properly repaired, I expect it to be replaced with a new one immediately. This problem needs to be solved urgently to prevent further inconvenience.
