I Face Repeated Cooling Failure With Bosch No Frost Refrigerator

I purchased a Bosch KDN55NWF1N No Frost refrigerator from the Bosch dealer in Vezirköprü, Samsun. Since the day I bought it, the refrigerator has had recurring cooling issues. For the past 4–5 days, the lower compartment has completely stopped cooling, and now the problem is also starting to affect the upper section.

This is not the first time I’ve dealt with this defect. In the past, I experienced the same failure 2–3 times, and each time the service replaced some parts. However, these repairs were only temporary fixes, as the same issue keeps coming back. Clearly, the refrigerator has a chronic fault that cannot be resolved by repeated part replacements.

Although I have not yet contacted Bosch customer service for this latest breakdown, my refrigerator is still under warranty. Given the repeated nature of this defect and the lack of a permanent solution, I believe the only fair resolution is a full replacement or a refund. I have both the invoice and service records on hand to support my claim.

I request that Bosch address this matter urgently and provide a permanent solution, as no customer should have to deal with the same defect multiple times in a product that is supposed to be reliable.
