Turkcell Poor Network Coverage Causes Ongoing Service Issues

Since switching to Turkcell, I have not been receiving proper service in the Bosna Hersek neighborhood of Konya. I am experiencing constant signal issues and slow internet speeds, and most of the time I cannot access the internet at all.
My line is a postpaid plan, and I most recently paid a $15 bill. Despite being unable to properly use the internet, my data package appears to be consumed as if I were actively using it, and I continue to be charged. I consistently experience this issue with the phone number ending in 9073.
Even though I have contacted customer service multiple times and reported the problem, my complaint has not been taken seriously and no permanent solution has been provided. I am continuously experiencing problems with both network coverage and mobile internet.
I request that the network and internet infrastructure in my area be thoroughly checked, that the connection problems I am experiencing be permanently resolved, and that the data/package charges billed to me despite being unable to use the service be refunded.
