In October 2023, I bought a washing machine from the Kocaeli Kartepe Bosch dealership. On May 2nd, we requested installation service. Upon unloading, the service team discovered that the machine had been damaged and shattered on both sides. Consequently, they could not proceed with the installation and urged us to contact the dealer. When we spoke with the dealer, they refused to swap the machine for a new one, claiming the six-month timeframe that had expired. Customer support was also useless. Given the enormous inconvenience we've experienced, I'm pondering purchasing Bosch items. This is the first time we've encountered a situation like this, and we couldn't identify someone authorized to address our issues. Neither the dealer nor Bosch support their products.

During the call made to me, the customer representative I spoke with said that more than 6 months had passed since the date we purchased the product, and in this case, only the repair of the product could be done. Offering to repair it is already the same as accepting the defect in the product. My intact and unopened boxed product, which had no deformities, was opened by the service for the first time and was found to be broken. I suspect that the box was dropped during general shipment. This is the service being imposed on me for a product for which I paid the price of a new and intact item, and I do not accept this. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

There is no progress, our money went to waste. We will buy another machine, we have no other choice, but I will never bring a Bosch brand product into the house again.

I bought a washing machine from the Bosch dealer in Kocaeli Kartepe on October 2, 2023. The machine was delivered to my home, and it waited without opening the packaging. On May 2, we called for service to set it up. When the service opened the packaging, they found that the machine had several broken and bent parts. They told us to contact the dealer we bought it from and left without setting it up. I spoke with the dealer, but they refused to replace it, saying that six months had passed. The customer representative in Istanbul also did not help; no one stood behind their product. I will definitely not buy a Bosch product again. I have applied to the Consumer Court and am waiting for the result.

When the service opened the packaging, they saw that the machine had been dropped, and there were several broken and bent parts. They left without installing it and told us to contact the dealer where we bought it. We spoke with the dealer, but since six months had passed, they did not offer a replacement. The headquarters also did not help us; no one stood behind their product. Now we are waiting for the Consumer Court to make a decision.
