On December 3rd, I purchased a Bosch washing machine with the understanding that my old machine would be collected by an authorized company for a discounted price. The seller assured me that the process would be handled smoothly. However, the delivery and installation process has been nothing but a disaster.

During the removal of my old machine, the company’s technician broke the connector part between the two machines. When the Bosch service team arrived to install the new washer, they immediately identified the broken part and refused to proceed with the installation. This was officially documented. However, the company that removed the old machine denied responsibility, falsely claiming that the part was already broken.

I have several questions that need answers:

If the part was already broken, why was I not informed before the removal of my old machine?
Why did the removal team proceed knowingly with a faulty setup instead of stopping the process?
Why is Eldem Ticaret siding with the removal company and ignoring my legitimate complaint?
Why am I being forced to deal with a third-party company that Bosch directed me to, yet takes no responsibility for?
This entire situation has caused financial loss and unnecessary stress. Bosch and Eldem Ticaret need to step up and take responsibility for their partners’ mistakes. I demand compensation for the broken part and the damages caused, and I expect Bosch to investigate the issue and take corrective action immediately.

I request a prompt resolution to this matter to prevent further inconvenience.
