On September 6, 2022, I purchased a Bosch WGA141X1TR washing machine from an authorized Bosch dealer. Just one day after the warranty expired — on September 7, 2025 — the machine broke down with an electronic board failure, leaving it completely unusable.
I contacted Bosch customer service, and an authorized technician was sent to inspect the appliance. The service team informed me that the repair would cost ₺7,300 for the part plus ₺700 for service, bringing the total to ₺8,000.
This situation is extremely frustrating. A washing machine should last many years without such a critical failure, and for it to break down immediately after the warranty expired raises serious concerns about quality and durability. I have lost trust in Bosch, as I believe customers should not be forced into expensive repairs right after the warranty period ends.
Although the official warranty has expired, I request that Bosch apply a goodwill guarantee and cover the repair cost either fully or partially. At the very least, the company should offer a discounted repair or provide another customer-friendly solution.
I expect Bosch to take this matter seriously and resolve my complaint quickly, so that I can continue using the washing machine without bearing an unfair financial burden.
