I purchased a Bosch dryer and washing machine two months ago, but after just 1.5 months, I noticed an issue with the wires in the lower filter area of the dryer while cleaning it. It seems the product was defective from the start, but the problem wasn’t visible during installation because the service team didn’t point it out.
I contacted both the store and the authorized service. The service team inspected the machine and confirmed it wasn’t a user error. They sent photos to the factory, but later informed me that the factory claimed it was user error and refused to cover it under warranty.
I spoke with customer service, but they didn’t provide a solution. I demand an immediate replacement with a new unit of the same model. If this is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Bosch, this issue needs urgent attention.
