I bought my Bosch SMS4IKW62T/41 6-program dishwasher approximately three months ago. Despite this short period of use, the program names on the front panel of the machine have been erased, especially the program I use constantly, so I can no longer see which program I am selecting. I noticed this issue yesterday and immediately contacted Bosch. Today the authorized service came, examined the machine and described the situation as user error. For the replacement of the front panel, they requested a fee of ₺3,000 from me. I do not accept that a product that is only three months old and used under normal household conditions has its program writings erased and is then attributed to user error. I request that the front panel of my Bosch SMS4IKW62T/41 dishwasher be replaced free of charge and that no fee be charged to me, since this situation does not comply with the quality I expect from the brand and occurred in a very short period of time. I kindly ask for my complaint to be examined and for the necessary support to be provided.
