Bosch Customer Service Does Not Accept Product Defects

While my Bosch dishwasher was still under warranty, I called the authorized service center in Kadıköy, Istanbul, on September 11, 2025, regarding a malfunction. The service determined that broken pieces behind the filter were causing a blockage, and that these pieces had loosened and passed through the filter when heated, causing the problem. However, they considered this a consumer error and charged me a fee using receipt number 148706346. However, the machine is under warranty, and the occurrence of broken pieces passing through the filter should be considered a manufacturer-related issue. I also contacted Bosch customer service regarding the issue, and they explained that this was a manufacturer's fault. Despite this, I refuse to be charged. I demand a refund and an apology for the inconvenience caused.
