I purchased a Bosch built-in dishwasher from a Bosch home appliance store in Istanbul. About 2–3 months after the purchase, I noticed rust forming on the stainless steel front panel, and this issue continued to worsen over time. Experiencing such a problem while the product was still under warranty was extremely disappointing.
After noticing the issue, I contacted the authorized service center. The service team claimed that the rust on a stainless steel product was caused by “liquid contact” and classified it as user error, demanding a service fee from me.
I do not consider it normal for a product marketed as stainless steel to start rusting within such a short time, and I strongly disagree with this being labeled as user fault. My expectation from Bosch is that the rusted panel of my built-in dishwasher be replaced free of charge under warranty, without requesting any payment from me.
I request that my complaint be properly reviewed and resolved with a customer-satisfaction-focused approach.
