Bosch BGS41PET1 Vacuum's Motor Burned Out After 4 Years, Warranty Denied

I bought a Bosch BGS41PET1 vacuum cleaner four years back. The vacuum cleaner comes with a 10-year motor warranty, but unfortunately, the motor burned out recently.
So, when I got in touch with Bosch customer service, they said the damage was my fault and I'd have to cover the repair costs. I'm really let down by this reply.
I've been using the vacuum cleaner correctly and have been following all the instructions in the manual. I've been making sure to clean the filters on a regular basis.
I think the motor stopped working because of a defect in the manufacturing process. I'm asking Bosch to honor the warranty and fix the vacuum cleaner at no cost.
Progress
Bosch BGS41PET1 Vacuum Cleaner comes with a 10-year warranty. Don't be mistaken, purchasing this product does not guarantee you a 10-year warranty.
Bosch should remove the (Cliché warranty) slogan from this and other products... They should not deceive people...
The motor of the Bosch BGS41PET1 3-Year-Old Vacuum Cleaner burned out, and the warranty was denied by claiming user error. We detailed our complaint when handing it over to the service. They did not take any action regarding our complaint. You can view the receipt and forms in the attachment. The action taken is clear in the notes section.
When I accepted to have my vacuum repaired for a fee to benefit from the remaining 7-year warranty, I realized that as I continue to use it during the warranty period, the vacuum and its motor will inevitably be exposed to dust over the years. Bosch still does not guarantee this.
If this device is supposed to have a 10-year motor warranty, there should be maintenance by you to protect the motor and stand behind the warranty. On what basis do you offer this warranty if you do not perform this maintenance? Since we do not have the authority to disassemble the machine, you should perform the maintenance.
They said, "We do not have such a service. If you request, paid maintenance can be done."
So, we are back to the same point. Empty promises.
Frankly, no matter how much you clean the filters, you will get caught up in the service policy, and they will offer to repair the product for a fee, showing no interest. The whole problem starts with the 10-year motor warranty slogan that Bosch has put forward, but it is an empty slogan. Just buy it and start using it, then it's all about user error policy.
Remove the 10-year warranty statement directly and sell the product that way. Because this statement will always cause you problems. Do not mislead those who prefer you as a German brand that befits your name and company.
People should not make Bosch choices like I did, just by looking at the Bosch name.

Bosch Customer Service reached out to us after this complaint. They again stated that the issue with the product was due to user error. I requested the service photos of our vacuum cleaner that we gave to the service on 19.05.2023. There are no photos. But now, when the motor of the product burned out, somehow there are photos. This question comes to mind: why didn't you take photos and provide an explanation for my complaint on the day it was working noisily, but you took photos to prove your point now? Here, you are responsible. You need to question your employees. You did not respond to my complaint in writing or visually, this is quite clear in the attached forms. They do not perform maintenance on the device that comes to the service apart from the malfunction. If they do, they charge a fee. I also asked Bosch this: When I have my vacuum cleaner repaired for a fee, the motor will be exposed to dust again as I use it and as years go by, there should be maintenance done by you. So, on what basis do you provide a warranty if you do not perform this maintenance? Since we do not have the authority to disassemble our machine, you should perform the maintenance. They said, "We do not have such a service. If you request, paid maintenance will be done." Frankly, no matter how much you clean the filters, you get caught up in the service policy, and they offer to repair the product for a fee and do not care. The whole problem starts with Bosch's slogan of a 10-year motor guarantee, but it is an empty slogan. Just buy it and start using it, then it’s user error policy. Then don't deceive people. Remove the 10-year warranty statement and sell the product that way. Do not mislead those who choose you. Let people not make the wrong choice by looking at your name. Let them reconsider your alternatives.

Look how many days they haven't even contacted us. Just remove the 10-year warranty statement and sell the product as is. This phrase always causes issues. Don't mislead those who choose you as a German brand that aligns with your name and your company. People shouldn't see your Bosch name and make Bosch choices like I did.
