Bosch Vacuum Cleaner Short Battery Life and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a Bosch vacuum cleaner, and I have been disappointed with its performance. Just two weeks after buying it, the battery started to drain very quickly, lasting less than 5 minutes. I called customer service, and they picked it up for inspection. I requested a replacement, but they only changed the battery. I questioned why a two-week-old machine needed repairs. If it was faulty, it should have been replaced, but they showed no concern.
The representatives I spoke to provided no solutions, which contradicts the company's claim of prioritizing customer satisfaction. I regret my purchase and feel frustrated with the lack of support from Bosch.
