Bosch Refuses Warranty Claim on My BGS41HYG1 Vacuum Cleaner

The motor of my Bosch BGS41HYG1/04 vacuum cleaner, which I purchased from Bosch.com, suddenly stopped working two days ago. I am using the product under warranty and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the problem was due to consumer misuse; however, it is absolutely not a user error. I am primarily requesting a replacement of my product and kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved promptly.
