Bosch 24 BTU Air Conditioner Repair Failure
My Bosch 24 BTU air conditioner failed, and I reported it on July 27th. They promised to contact me within a day, but it's now August 1st, and I haven't heard from any authorized service personnel. Trying to stay cool in this heat has been difficult, and despite numerous phone calls, they keep promising that someone will call me back. I don't believe they place a high value on customer satisfaction. The silence from Bosch's customer service is both frustrating and unacceptable. The delay in addressing the problem with my air conditioner has left me feeling ignored and neglected. It's disheartening to receive such poor service from a reputable company like Bosch.
