Bosch Delayed My AC Installation - I Am Suffering With Newborns
I bought a Bosch air conditioner on July 28th. When I called the service and asked for a date for the contact, they told me that they would come for the installation on August 9th. When I called today to ask what time they would come, they told me that they could come on August 16th at the earliest. I have been unable to sleep for 20 days due to the heat with my 2 newborn babies. I have experienced a great injustice by the Bosch brand. I demand that the problem be resolved urgently and my air conditioner be installed urgently.
