Bosch Took My Installation Fee but Did Not Install My AC

On July 26 at 4:49 PM, I purchased all the appliances in my home from Bosch, and it hasn't even been a year since. I planned to have an air conditioner installed, but due to the distance between the AC room and the apartment, I was charged ₺15,000 for the installation. Despite paying the full amount, the air conditioner still hasn’t been installed. I've been contacting Bosch headquarters daily for the past three weeks, but the issue remains unresolved. The air conditioner is still sitting in its box in the middle of this heatwave. Each time I call, I’m told someone will get back to me, but no one ever does. None of the people I’ve spoken with have been able to help, and at this point, I’ve even forgotten the names of most of them.
