Timo App Fails to Credit 50,000 Coins After Diamond Conversion
I had been accumulating diamonds on the Timo app over a long period of time to build up a quota. I had built up a quota of approximately 200,000 diamonds, and prior to that, I had already converted a total of 421,000 diamonds without any issues. On June 30, 2026, at 2:06 AM, I converted my 200,000-diamond quota into 50,000 coins through the system, but this time the system never credited the 50,000 coins to my account.
I never had any problems with previous conversions, but this time the coins never arrived, and there was no increase showing in my coin balance. I tried to get support about this through the app, but I never received a proper response, and the issue was never fixed either.
