I'm Demanding a Refund After My New Camper Shoes Fell Apart So Fast

On March 19, 2026, I purchased a pair of Camper Erkek Twins k100743-044 model shoes for $107 from the Camper Turkey seller on Amazon Turkey. I've been using the shoes for about 1.5 months, and by the 3rd week, cracks had already formed in the leather, and the sides had noticeably darkened. Given how quickly the shoes reached this condition, they are no longer usable for me.
The product deteriorating this quickly doesn't match either the price I paid or my trust in the Camper brand. No explanation or solution was offered by the seller through Amazon Turkey.
I am requesting that the shoes be inspected and, preferably, exchanged for a new pair, or if that's not possible, that the amount I paid be refunded. I kindly ask that my complaint be resolved quickly.
