My New Bosch AC Installation Delayed for 13 Days
On June 28, 2024, our company purchased a Bosch air conditioner from the Konya Central Yuva authorized dealer. Despite 13 days passing, the authorized service they directed us to hasn't installed the unit. We've reported this multiple times through customer service, but unfortunately, we've made no progress with the Bosch solution center. Although we informed the authorized dealer about our inconvenience, they refused our refund requests and asked us to proceed through Bosch Central. Our refund requests from July 11, 2024, are still pending with Bosch. It's unacceptable that a strong brand can't compensate for the failures in its service and dealer process, resulting in negative customer experiences. We want to inform everyone in the mentioned region who wants cooling services or plans to choose this brand for device supply. Bosch has damaged its reputation regarding service quality. We respectfully announce to the public that we will exercise all our legal rights as soon as possible if this process isn't resolved. July 12, 2024
