Bosch Air Conditioner Not Fixed for 2 Months!

I bought a Bosch air conditioner about 1.5 years ago, but it broke down on May 15, 2023. I filed a warranty claim, and the service arrived on May 20th and allegedly fixed it. However, it broke down again the next day. I went through this cycle several times, and today, July 20th, my air conditioner is still malfunctioning and unrepaired. Customer service is apathetic; they act as if they gave us the AC for free. We've been here for over two months and are still suffering in Adana's scorching 40-degree heat. To make matters worse, my wife is expecting a child and works from home. The oil leaking from the faulty air conditioner has ruined our walls. However, according to Bosch, it is our fault that we chose their product. According to them, the inept Bosch service and deceptive customer service are not to blame. Don't make the same mistake we did; if you don't want to end up like us, avoid Bosch at all costs.
