Hello,
On April 5-11, 2023, I made a reservation for my Paris trip via the Application. The confirmation code is 4975694081, and the PNR is 9244. Upon landing at Paris airport, individuals claiming to be from the facility informed me that my reservation in the Opera district had been relocated to St. Denis (suburban area) due to "burst water pipes." We refused this arrangement, with our French taxi driver warning us of the dangers, advising, "Never accept." I spoke with M***** A. from Booking.com customer service, who promised to get back to me within half an hour but never did. Stranded on the streets with luggage and two children amidst heavy rain, we were at a loss. It wasn't until midnight, seven hours after landing, that we found a hotel, starting our vacation on a terrible note. Three days have passed, and Booking.com has yet to contact me or initiate the promised refund. Urgent resolution is needed.
