I Face Dirty Bedding and No Support at Booking Apartment in Paris

From August 12 to August 17, 2025, I booked an apartment called “Charming with terrace in the heart of the 17th” through Booking.com (Reservation No: 5114****96) for €394.25, paid by credit card. Today, I traveled from Turkey to France for my first-ever visit to Paris as a tourist. Upon arrival at the apartment, I was shocked to find stains on the bed sheets, pillowcases that looked unwashed, and missing towels. I contacted the host starting in the afternoon, but no action was taken—instead, they told me to call their number myself. I do not understand why I am being asked to handle this.
It is now 00:19, and despite repeatedly contacting Booking both by phone and through the app, I have received no solution from either the host or Booking. My spouse has been on the phone with Booking customer service for over two hours, only to be told they could not reach the host and therefore could not help. They even stated that my entire payment would be charged, which I absolutely refuse to accept. I should not have to sleep in a dirty bed, especially after paying nearly €400. Now, in the middle of the night, in a city I have never visited before, I am left without accommodation.
I do not want to stay in this apartment. I demand an immediate refund of my payment and expect Booking.com to resolve this situation without delay.
