On July 5, 2025, I booked a stay at Hotel Logo and want to report a serious complaint along with a full refund request. The conditions of the room were unacceptable for both health and safety. When we entered, there was a strong musty smell, poor ventilation, and a malfunctioning toilet flush system.
The worst part was the presence of large cockroaches crawling inside the room. We documented this with photos and videos. The infestation was so bad that we couldn’t sleep all night and felt extremely distressed. The listing did not mention any of these conditions, which is misleading and dishonest. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were far below even the minimum expected.
Because of this severe discomfort and health risk, I demand a full refund immediately. I am providing all video and photo evidence with this complaint. I urge Booking.com to take this seriously and ensure no other guests suffer the same experience.
