Trying to book Kuala Lumpur Arte+ Jampang on the Booking.com page, I ran into a problem with the amount that was being charged. I was charged twice the amount that was supposed to be debited from my card, and there was no security check. They want more than half of the total amount for canceling. I want a solution to this problem. Otherwise, if they don't address the payment issue, I'll have to file a complaint and they won't be able to receive payments directly.
