I made a hotel reservation in the Netherlands through Booking.com and received a message requiring verification with the property. I completed the process through the provided link, but my card was charged twice. When I contacted the property, they informed me this was likely due to a hack.
This is highly concerning, and I demand an immediate resolution. The duplicate charges must be refunded promptly, and Booking.com needs to investigate how this happened to prevent future incidents.
