Booking.com Charged Me for a Rental Car I Never Received




I scheduled a car rental through Booking.com, but the entire experience was a mess from the start. After confirming the booking, I received no clear or detailed information about the next steps. Worse, Booking.com charged my account without sending a confirmation SMS or requesting any approval—money was just taken.
When I tried to cancel, I couldn’t reach anyone who could help. I was only able to cancel the insurance, not the actual rental. I never even picked up the car, and there was no way to contact a representative to resolve the issue.
I paid for a service I didn’t receive. I submitted a refund request through Booking.com and clearly explained the situation, but I’ve received nothing in return.
