Lack of Customer Support from Booking.com - No Response to Emails
I have been emailing Booking.com customer service for several days now, but I have received no response even after 48 hours, which is well beyond their stated timeframe for replies. This delay is incredibly frustrating as my issue is urgent, and I need assistance as soon as possible.
Additionally, there is no Turkey-based contact number or any option to communicate in Turkish, leaving me without any clear method to resolve my issue. How am I supposed to get help when there is no accessible communication channel?
I request an immediate response from Booking.com to address my concerns and improve their communication options for Turkish customers. This lack of support is unacceptable. Thank you.
I was called by Booking from the United Kingdom. I communicated in Turkish. They said they would solve the problem. I am waiting for a response. If confirmed, I will respond to my comment positively.
