I Can’t Reach Booking.com Customer Service Despite Messaging for 3 Days Straight

I’ve been experiencing an issue with Booking.com for the past three days, and not a single representative has responded to my messages. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times through their so-called “Customer Service” section, but it feels like I’m messaging a void—there is no one on the other end.

We trust companies like Booking.com because they are known to be reliable, but how can we trust a platform where you can't even speak to a real person when something goes wrong? I expected some level of support, but what I got was complete silence.

Where is the live support? Where is the follow-up? Who are we supposed to speak to when we’re stuck or need urgent help?

Booking.com needs to take accountability and provide proper support. I demand a response immediately. If customer service continues to be this unreachable, I will no longer use or recommend this platform to anyone.
