We rented a car through Booking.com with Sixt's Bilbao branch, and we’re extremely disappointed with what happened. We prepaid $187.97 USD through Booking.com for the full rental fee, and when we picked up the car in Bilbao, we were also charged a €300 deposit on our credit card. Everything seemed fine, and we returned the car without any damage or issue.

However, we were later billed €481.20—an amount that makes no sense. Both the email confirmation and Booking.com’s website clearly stated “No Extra Charges.” So why was my card charged again? I’ve been a loyal Booking.com customer for years, and this is the first time I’ve felt completely taken advantage of.

The unjustified charge now reflects as almost ₺6250 on my credit card. I want an immediate explanation and a full refund of the excess amount, especially the €300 deposit. Booking.com, how can you allow this to happen on your platform? Please take action and resolve this urgently.
