Booking.com Ignored My Complaints About a Bad Hotel Reservation

On April 1, 2025, I made a hotel reservation through Booking.com, but I was very dissatisfied with the experience. Afterward, I submitted multiple complaints regarding the issue, expecting proper assistance.
Unfortunately, Booking.com never truly responded to any of my inquiries. Instead, they only sent generic, automated replies that did nothing to address my concerns. Despite repeated follow-ups, as of April 27, I still have not received a real response or any meaningful solution.
I demand that Booking.com urgently review my case properly, stop sending automated responses, and provide real customer support. Customers deserve to be heard and helped when legitimate complaints are raised, not ignored and brushed aside!
