I Paid for My Booking.com Hotel But Confirmation Still Shows Payment Is Due

I booked a stay at Studio Penelope on Samos Island through Booking.com and completed the payment in full during the reservation process. However, my confirmation document incorrectly shows "payment to be made", as if no payment has been processed.
Despite my repeated attempts to contact both the hotel and Booking.com customer service, I have received no response. I’ve emailed multiple times, explaining the issue clearly and providing proof of payment, yet neither party has taken the time to acknowledge or fix the error.
This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. I demand that Booking.com immediately correct the reservation details to reflect that the payment has already been made. I also expect proper communication from their support team and confirmation that I will not be asked to pay again at check-in. I should not have to chase a company for something that is clearly their responsibility.
