Without making any reservation or transaction, Bkg Hotel Booking charged my credit card ₺22,000 arbitrarily. I never authorized this payment, and now I’m left shocked and frustrated. Trying to reach them is impossible — no phone calls answered, no messages returned. How did they even get access to my card details? This is unbelievable.

The same unauthorized charges happened to me again on July 5, in two separate transactions, all without my knowledge or consent. I demand an immediate refund of my money. This careless handling of customer data and funds is unacceptable. Bkg Hotel Booking must take responsibility and fix this issue now before more people suffer the same violation.
