I Face Trust Issues with Booking.com Hosts Refusing to Provide Access After Booking

I have serious concerns about the reliability of some properties listed on Booking.com. Certain hosts rent out their homes through the platform but then refuse to provide access to the property after the booking is confirmed and payment is made. This is completely unacceptable and should not be allowed under any circumstances.
When travelers make a reservation, they trust both the platform and the property owner to honor the agreement. However, when a host denies entry after confirming the booking, it leaves guests stranded and vulnerable, often in unfamiliar cities or even foreign countries. In my opinion, Booking.com is continuing to work with some hosts or businesses that are not trustworthy, which puts customers at serious risk.
I expect Booking.com to take responsibility for vetting the properties on their platform, remove unreliable hosts, and ensure that guests are never left without accommodation after making a confirmed booking.
