For the past two months, I’ve been trying to access the Booking.com system for a hotel I recently took over, but I still haven’t been able to use the platform properly. Logging in and navigating the system is a nightmare, and I can’t figure out how anything works because the interface is confusing and unresponsive.
I’ve reached out to Booking.com support multiple times, but no one has been able to provide a clear or effective solution. Every day this issue continues, I lose both time and potential guests—and the stress is becoming unbearable.
I expected better support for property owners. Instead, I’m left completely stuck, unable to manage my own listing. Booking.com, I demand immediate technical assistance to resolve my access issue and a proper explanation of how to use your platform. Until then, I will continue to share my experience publicly so other property owners know what to expect.
