I Face Booking.com Refund Delay After Hotel Cancellation in Tirupati
Through Booking.com I made a prepaid reservation with Booking ID 6PZ0U9 for FabHotel Aditya Yatri Nivas in Tirupathi for a stay on 18th April to 19th April, paying an amount of Rs. 757 in advance. After the booking, I received a message stating that the room had been cancelled, and I did not check in or stay at the property at all. The hotel management informed me by message that my refund would be issued, but until now, I have not received any refund. I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com customer support regarding this issue, but after a point they stopped responding and my problem remains unresolved. I kindly request that my prepaid amount of Rs. 757 be refunded as soon as possible and that I be informed about the status of this refund.
