Booking.com Not Refunding Canceled Hotel Reservation Due to Visa Issue
I canceled my reservation with Hotel Lybeer Bruges through Booking.com five days before my scheduled stay due to a visa issue. Despite contacting them since September, I still haven’t received a refund. The hotel had no right to charge me; they should have only blocked the amount.
When I reached out to the hotel, they told me to resolve it with Booking.com, but there has been no progress. My reservation number is 4699842018, and the pin code is 6670.
I demand an immediate refund for this canceled reservation. It’s unacceptable to face this level of unresponsiveness from Booking.com. Please address this issue promptly and return the amount owed to me.
