I Can't Reach Booking.com Customer Service

I made a hotel reservation in Marysville through Booking.com and paid 922.85 USD in advance for this stay. However, when I arrived at the hotel on June 12, the reception informed me that they could not find my reservation in their system. Despite showing them my Booking.com confirmation, the hotel stated that there was no booking under my name and asked me to pay again if I wanted to stay there. This situation left me without a valid reservation at check‑in time, even though I had already been charged through Booking.com. After this, I tried to reach Booking.com customer service several times by phone and waited on hold but could not reach an agent, and I also used chat and email but did not receive any response or solution. In light of this, I request a full refund of the 922.85 USD I paid for this reservation, as the service I purchased through Booking.com was not provided at the hotel. I kindly ask for this issue to be investigated and for my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
