I Booked A Hotel But Didn't Receive Any Confirmation

I made a hotel reservation on Booking.com for Motel One Wien-Donau City in Vienna for 23–30 December, but I never received a confirmation number or confirmation email from them. Despite this, on 17 September a payment of 2,094 was taken from my Revolut account via Revolut Pay for this reservation. When I contacted Booking.com about the missing confirmation, they simply told me to rebook, but they did not show me clearly what to do or how my already charged payment would be handled. At the moment I have no valid confirmation, but my money has been taken. I request that Booking.com either immediately issue my valid reservation and confirmation number for Motel One Wien-Donau City for the same dates and price, or fully refund the 2,094 charged to my Revolut account without any deduction.
