I booked a hotel in Vienna, Austria through Booking.com for a stay from August 5 to August 8. During the booking process, I selected a package that included an airport transfer service, which cost approximately ₺2.000 more than the standard rate. In total, I paid around ₺27.000 via credit card for the reservation.
Before my check-in date, I contacted Booking.com customer service to confirm whether the transfer service would be arranged. I was told they would investigate and get back to me, but I never received any follow-up. On August 5, upon my arrival in Vienna, no transfer service was provided as promised.
I paid extra specifically for this service, and it was not delivered. I am requesting a full refund for the ₺2.000 charged for the transfer service. My reservation number is 5301954050. I expect a prompt resolution and refund without further delay.
