Booking.com Took More Than Expected and Won’t Refund—My Edinburgh Hotel Issue

On August 28, I made a reservation through Booking.com to stay for four days at the Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh City West by IHG. I canceled this reservation using the free-cancellation option and received an email confirming that the cancellation was approved. However, the refund has still not been issued since September 29, and, on top of that, more money was charged to my card than the amount I originally approved.

I request that my payment be refunded to me immediately.
