IKEA Delivery Refused to Carry Cabinet to Duplex Second Floor

IKEA Delivery Refused to Carry Cabinet to Duplex Second Floor
2

On 2 August 2026, I purchased a cabinet from IKEA and had it delivered to my four-story duplex home. When the delivery personnel arrived, they carried the materials only to the 1st floor and informed me that, because my home is a duplex, they would not take the products up to the 2nd floor, where the cabinet will actually be installed. A delivery report was issued during this process. I was not informed of such a limitation at the time of purchase, and I expected the delivery service to be completed to the point of use in my home. As a result, all cabinet materials were left on the 1st floor, causing serious inconvenience and preventing me from using the product as intended. I request that IKEA arrange for the completion of the delivery service by having the cabinet materials carried to the 2nd floor of my duplex as soon as possible, or provide an appropriate solution that ensures I can use the product without additional cost or effort on my side.
