CS Ranked Locked Because Of Honor Score 91

I play Garena Free Fire on an Android phone and today at around 10:30 AM I suddenly received a restriction message saying: “Since your honor score is below 95, you are now unable to play in CS-RANKED Solo. Please select another mode.” Since that time I have been completely unable to enter CS Ranked solo matches. In addition, a “VIOLATION WARNING” window appears on my screen stating that because my honor score is below 95, I cannot play in CS Ranked Solo mode. This is the first time I have ever encountered any kind of penalty or restriction on my account. I have not received any previous warnings, bans, or penalties, and I am not aware of any behavior that would justify a low honor score. In the screenshot I attached, my honor score is shown as 91 and my behavior rating is shown as “GOOD”, which makes this restriction feel inconsistent and unfair, especially when it blocks access to a main competitive mode. I kindly request that my account and honor score be reviewed in detail, that any incorrect or unjustified restriction be removed, and that my access to CS Ranked Solo be restored as soon as possible. If there is a specific reason or report that caused this situation, I would also like to be informed clearly so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
