Free Fire Account Hacked After PP Bazar Top-Ups – Refund Request

I am writing about a serious problem with my Free Fire account connected to PP Bazar top‑ups. My Free Fire player ID is 1552186849 and my in‑game nickname is —͞Aʀɪყꫝᥢㅤ友. On 05/08/2026 I noticed that my account had been hacked and since then I have not been able to log in to it. Before the hack, I made multiple payments for this account through PP Bazar, including an order with number 129987 on 04/05/2026 for the “5x Monthly” package with a total price of ৳3700. Altogether I have spent around 16,000 on this account. After the hacking incident I can no longer access the account, even though all these purchases and benefits are linked to it. I have already contacted PP Bazar and Free Fire support about this situation, but my problem is still not solved. I request that my issue be urgently reviewed, my hacked Free Fire account be investigated, and that my total payments for this account be refunded because I can no longer use what I paid for due to the hack.
